We currently offer seven Signal Conditioning Modules (SCM) for use with our 65210E Extended Capability Inertial Measurement System’s Data Acquisition System or TM kit (telemetry kit).

85201A 2-Channel Strain Gauge Module
This module was developed specifically to accommodate the Endevco 8515-50 Piezoresistive Pressure Transducer. The module provides 5 Volt excitation and will accommodate two full bridge inputs with 1,000 to 2,000 Ohm resistances. The module offers both AC and DC coupling. Gains and bandwidths are factory programmable.

85202A 3-Channel ICP Accelerometer Module
This module was specifically developed to accommodate the Endevco 27AM5-5 Isotron accelerometer. The module provides the necessary excitation and accepts three inputs. The module is AC coupled only, with fixed gain specific for the 27AM5-5 accelerometers.
Note: The 27AM5-5 is no longer available from Endevco.

85203A 3-Channel Summit Instruments Analog Sensor Input Module
This module will accept Summit Instruments MEMS based analog accelerometers or rate gyros as its input. Excitation is provided and selectable gain and filtering can be applied at the factory. The module can accommodate three analog sensors. AC and DC coupling are provided on a per channel basis, as is short circuit protection.

85204A 3-Channel Strain Gauge Module
This module provides 5 Volt excitation and can accommodate three full bridge inputs of 120 or 350 Ohms resistance. Selectable gain and filtering can be applied at the factory. The module can accommodate three full bridge strain gauges. AC and DC coupling are available per channel and short circuit protection is provided.

85205A 3-Channel Accelerometer Module
The 85205A module provides three channels of 0-5 V input and +5 V excitation for use with various accelerometers.

85206A 1-Channel High-speed Inertial Switch Module
The 85206A module provides one channel of 0-5 V input and +5 V excitation for use with inertial switch sensors or other high-speed devices. Although only one physical input channel, this module automatically oversamples at 4X the system sampling rate and appears to the system as four measurements.

85207A 1-Channel High Voltage ACV (FZU) Module
The 85207A Signal Conditioning Module provides one channel of 500V AC input with auxiliary thermistor input. The card provides three measurement channels into the 65210E mainframe: one primary 500 V AC RMS measurement, one auxiliary ±1000 V DC measurement channel, and one 10k thermistor input. The AC measurement input is designed to detect basic functional operation of an FZU source.
